• 9.30 am Welcome on the point of view of Mont Gruget in Mareuil sur Ay.
• Presentation and information on the key figures of Champagne
• Discovery of historic hillsides classified as World Heritage by Unesco since July 2015
• Visit of a remarkable winery in the presence of the winemaker with explanations of the Champagne process and its peculiarities.
• Guided tasting of 4 different cuvées in association with some gourmet bites.

A traveling tasting

• Departure from Epernay at 10:30am.
• Discover the Champagne region and its economy.
• Stop at one of the numerous points of view of the Grande Vallée de la Marne (N.D. Gruguet, Champillon, Côteaux de Mutigny and Aÿ).
• Workshop onboard of a luxury and customized bus that can host up to 12 persons. Pairing of 8 champagnes and 8 mini-dishes selected specially for that purpose.
• Return to Epernay at 3:30pm.

• Presentation and information on the key figures of Champagne
• Discovery of historic hillsides classified as World Heritage by Unesco since July 2015
• Stroll through the alleys of Aÿ and discover its main Champagne houses
• Discovery of Hautvillers, the Abbey and the Tomb of Dom Pérignon
• Tasting at the “Au 36” Champagne Bar with discovery of the different grape varieties and the incredible diversity of Champagne wines.

The Blanc de Blancs from A to Z

• Tasting of 6 very different Blanc de Blancs champagnes coming from 6 different local terroirs all with its own identity .
• (Sezanne region, the Vitryat, the Vallée de la Marne, the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, the Mont de Berru)

Right bank / Left bank

• Tasting for 6 persons maximum on board of the “Bullet 1927”.
• Tasting cruise during ½ a day with discovery of the right and left bank of the Vallée de la Marne.
